We cater mainly to mature people, senior citizens, O.A.P., whether you are single or a couple, basically all year round. We think we are a superior accommodation where all can meet and reunite in a warm and homely, relaxed atmosphere and where guests-service comes first, delivered with a smile and professionalism. The hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance of most of Blackpool's attractions; North Pier, Central Pier, South Pier, Shopping Areas, the Winter Gardens and of course the Tower.

Robert was trained at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London and offers a well-varied menu of all home cooked dishes. In addition, special diets can be catered for.

We welcome visitors from all over the world. Apart from English, Dutch, German and French are also spoken, during the dancing season we even manage to communicate in Mandarin!

Our pricing is fixed on a per person basis. There are no extra charges for single rooms and everybody is treated equally friendly.

The Novello also welcomes groups but we do not entertain Stag or Hen parties.
